Meet Dr Alison Shen
Dr. Alison Shen is a passionate veterinarian with over 21 years of experience in small animal practice and a specialized focus on canine rehabilitation and sports medicine. Her journey began after seeing senior dogs struggle with mobility on modern home flooring, leading her to develop the signature Pawsture Pads.
As a certified veterinary rehabilitation therapist, Alison combines her clinical expertise with a deep love for animals to create products that are both effective and easy for pet owners to use at home. She believes that every dog deserves to feel stable and confident in their own environment, regardless of age or physical condition.
Through Pawsture Rehab Co., Alison continues to advocate for proactive mobility management, working closely with both pet parents and fellow veterinary professionals to set new standards in canine wellness and recovery gear.

Dr Steven Fullagar is an osteopath, lecturer and health strategist with a strong interest in mobility, rehabilitation, function and innovation. Steven brings a broad rehabilitation and problem-solving perspective to Pawsture Rehab Co., combining clinical insight with strategic thinking and product development.
